Successful youth ministry can never be achieved
with the “lone ranger” approach. There is power in community—teens
helping teens along with caring parents and youth leaders. We grow together in the grace of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and together we worship Him and work to fulfill our single-minded passion of proclaiming His love through faith and action.
“The Gate” Youth Ministry works to foster the total
personal and spiritual growth of each young person and seeks to
draw young people into responsible participation in the life, mission
and work of the Christian faith. Parents are encouraged to share in this important task of
bringing up a new generation of believers and doers of the Word. In addition to the day-to-day vital work in the home, parents are invited to serve and take part in the many activities and special events designed to minister to youth.
“The Gate” is open all the time, but we meet
for praise and worship and just plain fun every Wednesday at 6:00 to
7:00 p.m. Trips and special events happen every month
so “get involved and don’t miss out!”
